Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?
If you don’t receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If the confirmation isn't there, contact our Customer Service team at contact@derovi.com.
Are the product colors accurate?
We strive to showcase product photos as accurately as possible. However, colors may slightly vary due to different screen settings. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard Shipping (8-12 business days): FREE on all orders.
Optional Shipping Insurance: For $2.99, add protection against theft, loss, or damage during transit. You can select this option at checkout.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, log in to your derovi.com account and click on "My Orders". You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 7 days of dispatch. Need help? Contact contact@derovi.com.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If your order is already in transit, a restocking or shipping fee may apply.
Can I change the item, color, or size after placing an order?
If you want to make changes, contact contact@derovi.com as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we’ll update it. If it has already been dispatched, changes won’t be possible.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing Time: 1-3 business days for verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping Time: 8-12 business days, depending on your location.
What if I receive the wrong item or my order is incomplete?
If you receive incorrect items or your order is incomplete, contact us immediately at contact@derovi.com, and we’ll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We’ll either replace the item or issue a partial refund. Return shipping is FREE in case of size issues or damages during transport.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The return address will be provided via email upon validation.

How long does it take to get a refund?
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund may take 5-15 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
